I sold an item that a buyer opened a "Item Not as Described" case which we agreed on a partial refund. The refund was made, case was closed and positive feedback was received.
Can the buyer now open another "Item Not as Described" case for this item again?

No, once a case is cloed it"s closed, BUT!! the decision of that case can be apealled.
