use the 'tools menu' to
Turn off your popup blocker
clear cache and cookies
make sure your browser and Adobe Flash are up to date.'
Different browser have different settings.
You should familiarize yourself with the settings for your browser:
If you're using Internet Explorer 10, try setting 'compatibility mode' to ON
Also in Internet Explorer, add ebay to your trusted sites here
tools / internet options / security / trusted sites / sites
In Firefox, exclude ebay from this setting:
security / warn me when sites try to intsall add ons....
You can also disable any ad-blocker software you've installed and check your firewall to make sure ebay is considered 'safe' and is not being blocked there.
