I listed 2 items today and when I went to upload the picture the option for zoom wasn't even there. Like I said earlier, that wasn't a problem yesterday. No matter what category I try, the zoom isn't there. This doesn't make any sense. I may have to call eBay.. Not something I want to do....

I use IE9 and am not having any issues-are you making sure your pictures are large enough? Zoom feature won't work if the pictures are too small.

I'm using firefox too....I'll try to clean the cache & cookies to see if that works.
Thanks I'll let you know.

I'm having the same problem with 2 listings I put up today. Yesterday it was working fine and it is working fine in all my older listings. I tried Firefox and Chrome, not working in either one.

I don't get it....clearing cache, cookies, history, everything, did not work. I went and looked to upload picture again and it's not even an option for zoom. It was fine yesterday.

It's working for me in Firefox, too.

It's working fine for me. Try clearing your cache and cookies. That usually resolves the problem when pages don't behave.

Check under IE tools to see if compatibility view is checked, if so click to uncheck. This solved my problem. I couldn't magnify on anybodys pictures - now I can. Hope this helps. ron
