If you are using Firefox and it just upgraded to version 16, you are out of luck. There is a major incompatibility between Firefox and the Basic uploader. Try using a different browser until the two developers (Mozilla and eBay) can come to some agreement on who changes what programming. Don't expect miracles any time soon. I'd say give it at least 2-3 weeks because it requires changing some core programming.
If you are using Firefox with the Standard uploader, you may need to uninstall flash and download and install the latest version of flash.
I can still successfully upload with Internet Explorer and Safari, and Chrome also still works.
Another member uninstalled Firefox and was able to download and install back to version 15, which is still available on the Firefox site.

I'm just using Internet explorer 9. I never downloaded firefox. where do I look to see if I have Firefox in use Thanks
