They are both forms of credit-with high interest rates. However there are some differences.


For example if you want to verify your PayPal Acct without adding your bank acct just get the Smart Connect acct-that will suffice and you don't have to use it to pay when you checkout either-you can pick a different credit card you have on file. Bill Me Later will not suffice for this.


Also if you link your Bill Me Later Acct with PayPal then you can't use your Smart Connect card-you are only allowed to have one PayPal credit product linked to your acct. You can however have a Bill Me Later acct and not link them which resolves that issue.


Either/or you have to apply and be approved just as you do for any other credit you are attempting to get-hope this helps-good luck.
