How do I pay extra for express postage if the seller agrees to ship express?

I bought an item advertised with free postage. It also mentioned "other postage options avaliable". I want to upgrade to express postage which the seller has agreed to for an addtional fee. However I cannot seem to adjust the invoice total in Ebay or Paypal when trying to pay for the item. Is this possible?

The Seller would need to send you the Invoice with the adjustment-you can't do it on your end.
