Do you see the payment on your PayPal account showing it is Completed though Funds Not Yet Available?
Did you upload tracking to PayPal and it shows Delivered?
Has it been three business days since delivery?
If so, call PayPal and they will release the funds.
However, IF you do NOT see record of this payment on PayPal at all, then you have a big problem. Your wording says "haven't received my money in PayPal account" Not sure if you mean no record of it or not in your balance yet.....
There is a great deal of confusion out there about the 21 day holds. Many think they have to ship and deliver before their PayPal accounts will have any record of the payment. They are wrong. You must verify that the payment is Completed and OK to Ship before shipping...

Sounds like you have short memory retention problem, don't you remember what you agreed to when you signed up? Or did you skip over all that stuff?
