Am trying to link to my Paypal sandbox business account from my eBay sandbox account. Am getting the message "Please check your email address and password and try again".
Need this to be resolved asap so as to proceed with testing our application.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On PayPal, your user ID is your email address, so that message means that you were not able to log in properly. Either your email address, or your password, or both were typed wrong.

I don't know if this will help, but here is a link that might work:

Am able to login to my Paypal Sandbox account from https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/ So, it does not seem to be an issue with incorrect username/password.
However, am not able to 'Link to My Paypal Account' from my ebay sandbox account.

I have no idea what a "sandbox" account is. I've never heard of them.
I assume it is something to do with developing apps, so I suggest that you ask for help on that website or forum. This forum is for asking questions about buying and selling on eBay. I suspect that if any of the responders here knew what you were asking about, they would have chimed in by now.
As it says on the home page, this is a user-to-user forum. There are no eBay employess monitoring or replying here.
