A customer won and item 4 days ago. I'm inquiring as to how much time does the the customer have...I've forgotten

Sellers can file the Unpaid Item dispute as soon as 2 full days from the end of the listing.

You can open an Unpaid item case as early as 48 hours after the end of the sale, if you wish to.   You can give your buyer as much or as little time as you want.
