I sold an item on ebay, and the buyer has completed the checkout process (on 2-6-13) but the payment is still being processed. What should i do?

Does it say pending on your my ebay page? If so you might have made a typo in the paypal email address in the listing. Click relist and then edit and see if the address is correct.

PayPal posts payments immediately
Only eChecks need time to clear, all others are instant
NEVER ship without logging on to PayPal and verifying payment status is Completed even though funds not yet available and OK to Ship on the details page.
Do not rely on eBay

Login to PayPal, do you see the payment there?
eBay shows that message for more than one reason.
If you don't see the payment on PayPal you have a problem preventing transfer to your account
Your eBay and PayPal accounts must be linked, you must have confirmed your email was working and you must have typed it correctly into the selling form.
Use Sell Similar on the listing to check the payment email.
