Go to paypal and find their name. Open the transaction and near the bottom is a refund like.
Also, if things are still polite-send them a cancelation request. If they agree you will get your final value fees credited back to you.

Do not send a refund until you have the item back in your hands. If you do, you can lose the item and the money. If the item was broken during shipment, ask for pictures and if the item is beyond repair, then you can tell them not to send it, if you don't want the pieces. The buyer is supposed to pay the return shipping.
When you refund, you refund the original price and the original shipping.
