I`ve bought an item on ebay 39 ago. I haven`t recieved it so now I have to open a case to get my money back. It`s my first purchase on ebay so I decided not to register an account on PayPal. To pay for this purchase I became a PayPal guest user and I can`t login to PayPal to open a case because guest users don`t have login and password. So now I don`t know how to get my money back.
Now I registered an account on PayPal but I need transaction ID to open a case. There is no information about that transaction on my PayPal account. How can I find this transaction ID?

As a guest payer in PayPal, the Transaction ID you need to open your case is in the confirmation email from PayPal.
If you no longer have this email - call PayPal.

It should be in your "Purchase History" under "My EBAY".........(If you bought the item through EBAY)
If you bought the item outside of EBAY then you are out of luck.

You must open a PayPal account using the same credit card and email address in order to receive a refund when you pay as a guest.
There is no other way to get the refund processed from the seller to your card. It must go through PayPal.
