eBay makes a good share of it's income from seller Final Value Fees. Trying circumvent these fees is a major violation.
If you don't want to pay these fees, then don't list/advertise your items on eBay... as simple as that:-D

Final value fees are a part of selling on eBay. Tune your business and adjust profit margins to work around this and you'll be successful.
A monthly store subscription does not decrease final value fees in any way.

You can avoid the eBay Final Value fee by not selling items on eBay.
If you list and sell on eBay, there will be FVF, which you cannot avoid.

There is no monthly fee to sell on eBay, unless you have a store subscription.
eBay gives you free insertion fees. If your item does not sell, then you owe eBay nothing.
If your item sells, then you pay a final value fee on the sale.
