I am a loyal ebay seller, I have sold many items, mostly autographs. Ebay put a restriction on my account, that's does not allow me to sell on ebay anymore. They said it was "High risk items" Yet I see so many still selling autographs on ebay. I would like to keep selling on ebay. I will not sell autographs anymore, since they are a "High risk item". I will only sell things like clothes or toys. Could I have a restriction lifted so i may sell my other items?

I was told that once you get restricted for life on ebay you can never sell on ebay again. I was told this several times when I called support. I agree that it's not fair. Ebay should allow sellers to make changes and keep selling. Instead they boot you off of ebay...telling you that you can buy but not sell. Very harsh treatment to those who have been honest loyal sellers like myself.

Ebay is getting stricter. Fake autographs are such a huge problem, and there are plenty of other categories full of fakes, so there is no reason to think that a seller selling fakes in one category won't sell fakes in another. Sorry.

This isn't ebay - we're just members who volunteer to help other members with problems, policies and procedures on ebay. You can call customer service and see if they can help you - go to customer support, top right of page and click on contact ebay tab. Follow the prompts and you will get a phone number and a pin. Good luck.
