Can a buyer see a sellers name and address? If so, how can i make it private?

I am wanting to sell some stuff but i dont want my address disclosed to the seller, how do i prevent this?

A buyer's full address is not made available to the seller until a sale is made.

Buyer's do not see the seller's address. Of course it will be on your return address when you ship.

That information is available to anyone you are in a transaction with.  If you never want that information released, don't buy or sell anything on eBay.

If you sell an item, the buyer gets your name and address. Just as you get his. (Or maybe both buyer and seller should be allowed to hide names/addresses from each other?)

If it bothers you that a person you are in a transaction with know who you are, then you probably should rethink selling on eBay.
