Why do billion dollar businesses hide behind screens? Customer service is non-existant. If you can't find an answer on a drop down or FAQ menu then you are out of luck. But this is of course AFTER they have taken your money. Ebay needs some competition with REAL customer service contact.
Hire some people to anwer the phones!

Kept jumping through loopholes and broken links with no straight answers.
The website has gotten a lot worse over the past 10 years, but it's better at preventing customers from getting answers or resolving problems on their own.
Customer service apparently opens at 5am. Calling at 9am and there's a 220+ minute wait time. It's like dealing with Rogers.

First go to customer support at the top of the screen click it then go to contact ebay next to the find answer tab click it then go to
account in account, go to where it says billing and invoice up the my ebay list, click it then you will see call me or call us and the hours there open , i needed help i click call me no joke they called me in 5 seconds im sure its different if there really busy but its that easy !

there is now a freephone number which i rang a couple of days ago and i got staight through to talk to someone and i explained my problem and they resolved my problem whilst i was on the phone.they refunded my money emidiately so full marks to them. The number is....0800 3587911

So simple it is pathetic.
Contact Us tab at the bottom of any eBay page OR under the Customer Support tab at the top of most any eBay page.
They will make you look to see if the answer isn't already right in front of you on your computer screen, then give you the phone number of the least busy call center at that moment in time, complete with a pin number so you can get through quickly. They handle thousands of calls an hour 24/7 from folks just like you and me.

I want to make an order. I've done this only once before and can't remember what password etc. I used. So nothing was accepted. I made up all new info as you demand. Then my credit card wasn't acceptable because I had "used it before." I tried another one, and then my email was no longer acceptable. I am supposed to create a new EMAIL? Apparently you don't want my business. But I would still like to order something. I asked for a phone number so I could call, but you gave me this where there seemed to be some allusion to your having a phone where a person could be reached.

in the last 3 weeks every one of my purchases has been bad. every one! sellers have found ways to scam people on here but ebay doesnt care cause ebay goes out of there wat to hide feedback, hide there customer service number, charge a fee of shipping when i want to sell anything, makes me pay return shipping when i get shafted on garbage items not as described... the list goes on and on. im sick of it! rakuten.com
the new ebay..
im already there. you should be too. as soon as the disputes end im closing shop and never coming back.

This is my 2nd email. I made a purchase from Pharmapaks *11558 or 12071?. They did not deliver. I sent them an email there automated response was to be back to me within 48 or 72 hours, they did not. When I tried to phone them their # was changed. Would someone (a live person) please get back to me for a resolution to this issue. Although the item was under $20 it was something I needed.
