Hi golfer1561

That's when the final value fee (the commission that is charged when an item sells) is credited back to the seller.

Usually, when a buyer doesn't actually pay for the item that they win, the seller completes an Unpaid Item Dispute or Cancel Transaction procedure to get a final value fee credit.

Reversal of final value fees by ebay if

1. You file and record an unpaid item.

2. Transaction is canceled.

It's credit for Final Values Fees charged by eBay when a buyer doesn't pay, & the seller successfully opens/closes an Unpaid Item Dispute...

...or when the buyer & seller mutually agree to cancel the transaction, & the buyer agrees to eBay's Cancellation Request that a seller generates.

How do I receive a Final Value Fee credit if I refunded my buyer through PayPal? Buyer was expecting a different model, but I told him Not to return the item, but I would give him a Full refund.

I opened a case on Ebay.(at least I think this is how I'm supposed to do it, since Ebay makes it sooooo confusing.)

There must be an easier way to do this.....?

Anyone?

it is a credit of the final value fee you pay for every sold item.
