Under INTERESTS.

I have ITEM NAME

A PICTURE

Then a box with a GREEN check mark and word FOLLOWING.

If I put curser on the word FOLLOWING.  The green check mark turns to a red X.  With the word UNFOLLOW.

BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.

The green check mark keeps coming back over and over and over again.

NOTHING can get the UNFOLLOW to stick or stay or to actually unfollow any  items.

The green check mark with the word FOLLOWING keeps coming back.

IS THERE A TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR EBAY TECHNICAL SUPPORT?

Click on My Feed. You will see your recent searches. Clear them.

Then, next to the My Feeds you will see an edit button. Click on that. It will say "You have 5 interests in your feed". Mouse over the image of each of your interests. Click on the unfollow button. Repeat for as many items as you are following.

This isn't a perfect solution, but at least you don't see tons of crap you don't want pop up every time you log in.

Install an add-on for your web browser to manually remove the parts of your disliking on any page or website. Remove It Permanently is a good one for Firefox. To use it after installation, right click on an image or text or frame and click "Remove this permanently" or play around with "RIP Advanced" to make the process faster.

There is a link at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. That stops the emails.
