can you reverse a bad feedback

hello  i  just  received a  bad  feedback  gentlemen didnt  receive  his  item  i  used  ebay  shipping  he  said  it  was wrong  address but  i  dont  feel  its  my  fault .  i  did  my  part  i  shipped  to  the  address  thats  in  ebay  and  paypal  but  iam  the  one that  got  the  strike  can  i  reverse  this  bad  feedback  thank  you.

The only way to have it changed is to send the buyer a feeback revision request. The buyer would have to agree to change it. It doesnt sound like they would agree. By the way your response was perfect.

Not unless the customer agrees.

Put him on your blocked bidder list -bottom of this page - site map - blocked bidders.

You did all you can - left a reasonable reply to the feedback.

Some customers are just irritants - sorry this happend to you.

No, the only one who can do that is the buyer, and it doesn't sound like that's something he wants to do.
