Your initial complaint will allow the seller 3 business days to respond, and hopefully work out a solution with you.  Keep in mind that this coming Monday is NOT a business day.

First, you contact the seller. If you can't work it out directly with them, you can file a "Not as described" claim with the Resolution center.

Maybe, but in many instances, eBay is now auto-opening cases when buyers message sellers:-(
