I accidentally left positive "great ebayer, fast payment" feedback for a non-paying buyer. Is there any way to fix this and get paid?! I want to remove the positive feedback but give them a little more time to pay, since it's only been 3 days.

You can not take back a positive after posting it.

"give them a little more time to pay, since it's only been 3 days. "

since sellers cannot open a nonpayment dispute until after 4 full days from payment...that is mighty nice of you to give them that extra day.
