Escalate Case

How does someone escalate case if no resoultion is reached --Is there a time frame to wait ? -- It looks like a stalmate--  and I see no tabs or links to ask ebay to escalate---- It's only been a couple days since opened--Thank you for your answers--

You are in too big of a rush. Be patient, you will be able to escalate after 72 hours if there has been no response.

 

Why not take that time to read the information given you with the dispute?
