I purchased a computer on eBay last Sunday June 16th with the buy-it-now button. I paid my $400 with Pay Pal. It is now Wednesday June 19th and the seller has not contacted me.
I have now sent 3 short and polite letters asking as to when the item will be shipped, but the seller has not responded in any form. No emails, no tracking numbers, no contact at all.
So, how long am I supposed to wait for the seller to contact me before I take action and try to get my money back?
PS this is the item.

It says they ship within 2 business days of payment and to expect delivery within 3-7 business days.
You purchased on the 16th so 7 business days is June 25th.
If you don't have it by the end of June then maybe get concerned.

If you had checked your sellers feedback it would have given you a clue that the seller doesn't communicate.
Their neg and neut are both for not communicating with the buyer.
Really all you can do is sit back and wait for the item to be delivered.
Please don't hound sellers with e-mail after e-mail, if you haven't received it by the end of the month then is the time to try to get in touch.

Well, I consider $400 to be quite a lot of money. And I, too, would be irked that the seller has not sent you any shipping information---and has not responded to your email inquires.
Since your due date appears to be the 25th of the month, just wait until then--and if you have no item, go to the Resolution Center---and file an Item Not Received Dispute.
