If it does not come up even if you do an Advanced Search by Item Number (find the Item # on your You Won or bid confirmation email), that means that eBay pulled the listing due to some problem with the listing and/or the seller.  In that case you are not required to (and should not) pay.

 

If you have already paid, you don't get an automatic refund though.  You need to wait and see if it arrives (file an Item Not Received dispute if it doesn't) and is as described (file a Significantly Not As Described if it isn't, although the absence of the description makes that a bit harder).
