Beanie Babies!!! Red number tush tag stamps?

What do the stamped numbers inside some beanie baby tush tags mean?  For example a 400 or 425 stamped inside the tush tag?? Thanks so much for your help

Does the factory stamp inside of the tush tag make them more valuable?

I wouldn't think so - it just is more an indicator of their age - the factory number stamp started around Generation 5 or 6 I believe -
