what do I do with a buyer that backs out, after winning auction?

I have a buyer of my vehicle that just decided to back out of the deal, and im being charged by ebay the $125 fee. What do I do

PLEASE come back and let us know if you could file either of those cases, no one that has had this issue has ever said "for sure" if they could or not, and it would be a good thing to know....

not sure if you CAN file a UPI, because motors is non-binding so ebay would not give the buyer a strike for something that is non-binding???? try to file a cancellation request and see if that goes thru.....

File an unpaid item dispute. But you do know that vehicle sales are NON-BINDING?
