Listing Page won't let me remove Best Offer option.

My auction listing page will not let me remove the Best Offer option. I click on the checkmark, the cursor spins but nothing happens. My current listing is stuck with the Best Offer option as was the one that sold earlier today.

This won't help those who don't have a store....

but if you do, I was able to remove the best offer with bulk editing.

To answer those wondering about if this really is a problem.

Yes it is a serious problem as the items I had listed last night were priced fairly to begin with. Asking for people to begin negoiating from a fair price is ridiculous and only asking for buyers walking away when a seller doesn't reduce his fairly priced item.

This obviously is a site wide problem with Ebay's coding seeing how I am not the only one with this problem to show up now.

I can't figure out how to report the issue to eBay. Anyone?

I'm having the same issue. And yes it's a problem because we should be able to remove that option. Leaving it on when we don't want offers can frusturate buyers when we keep refusing their offers.

I'm also having the same problem. If you accidentally click the
option while listing your item, it cannot be un-clicked at any time.

Is this really a serious problem? If someone actually makes an offer you can accept it, not accept it or simply ignore it. So what is the problem?

Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

After posting this and reading some of the comments, my page has miraculusly healed and now taking the Best Offer off works.

That was on a current listing, not a new one which I haven't tried yet.

Yes - someone else posted that they can't remove it.

But that should NOT be a problem.

If you get an offer - you can ignore it and let it expire in 48 hours, or decline it, or counteroffer, or accept it.

Ignoring it is easy - so why is that a problem?

Old thread but you probably cant remove the bestoffer option becasue there is an offer pending.
