How do I end a listing early and invoice a buyer?

I have a buyer who wants me to end my listing and invoice her. Is this possible or do I need to change my listing to a buy it now?

Just a piece of advice:

I never end a listing early as most of the bidding takes place in the last few minutes.

A lowball buyer just want's to get a deal.

I say...Hi Buyer...I don't close an auction early as it is not fair to my other bidders.

Please feel free to bid the maximum you would be comfortable with.

signed...you

Good luck

Assuming it's one of your listings without bids, have them enter their bid, then end the listing selling to the highest bidder.

Or, you can also revise the listing, and add a Buy it Now.

I wouldn't do anything to a listing with bids, that involves a penalty.
