I can't seem to find a "total" of my monthly shipping costs. I use free shipping on most of my listings. Where can I find a total of what I have paid each month on shipping expenses for my accounting purposes?
I don't sell enough to pay for selling manager pro right now.
Any suggestions? Thanks so much!!

I am having the same problem with finding my monthly total shipping costs. I would think it would be in reports but It is not there.
As a new seller I am not going to buy seller manager.

This only works if you use the eBay or PayPal shipping tools.
Log in to PayPal.
Under the My Account tab,
Click the tab titled History
Click the Download History option
Select the date range you want
From the File Type to Download box select Comma Delimited - All Activity
You will get an email when the download is ready.
Go back to the Download History tab
Click on Recently Downloaded Logs are now available.
Select the file and save it to your computer (remember where you put it)
Now open that file in a spreadsheet program (Excel, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, Works.....)
Sort or search to find the USPS payments. I sort by Type then Name then Date.
Not elegant, but this will give you your shipping paid amounts

They should be in paypal, under history.
Click history, click reports, click monthy financial summary, put in a date by the month, and it will take a few minutes to generate in PDF report. You can print it if you want. Hope I helped and I hope you are able to view this. I can't see why you would not be able to view it, because PP has nothing to do with selling pro manager. Paypal also can help you. Their phone number is available in customer support at the top of Paypal or Ebay pages. Susan

I saved a lot of money in shipping costs by using Peregrine Recovery, LLC. They monitor my FedEx and UPS accounts online and identify late shipments. Once a late shipment has been identified they immediately have a refund issued to my account. Their cost is only 40% of the verified refund. No contracts, fees, or penalties, nothing. I pay them only once the refund is issued and even then I have 30 days to pay them their 40% portion of the total refund. They have saved me hundreds of dollars a month. You can contact them at email@example.com. They also have a very simple website www.peregrinerecovery.com but don't let that fool you they are great at what they do. I am a grateful customer and I am simply spreading the word on their amazing services.

I have been working with Outright app in ebay for 1 yr. and I like it. Once you give the transaction an account you just go to the expense tab, put in the dates, choice the account and bam! there's your total. Have you tried Outright?
