Terracotta Bust of Woman Signed Dated 1899 Info? Style?

Found a beautiful although slightly chipped up terracotta bust that measures about 20" tall. It is marked in two places, both of which (of course) are illegible. The mark on the front bottom for the piece appears to read 'Fleur DeMigual' and the signature on the back of the bust is marked "1899" with a name that starts with the letters "Sch...". I am thinking German? Austrian?

Also would you consider this Art Nouveau style?

Any help with artist and country of origin would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I'd consider it art nouveau.  And are you sure it doesn't read Fleur de Muguet?  That's Lily of the Valley which appears to be the flower decorating her torso.

As to artist, try "Schumacher."
