Is this old floor polish bottle special enough to auction??

I know nothing about pricing antique bottles, but I found this and thought it was so cool. I rarely do auctions, but I don't know how in the world I would put a Buy It Now price on something this unusual. 

Basically, I'm asking if there would be enough interest from collectors for me to realize a decent price or  if it's such a unique thing that I should set a price and wait?

Any other info is welcome.

Regretfully this is a modern bottle I am afraid. Note the cap has the little break away safety band at the bottom that leaves a little metal ring on the neck when you first open it. This is a modern cap. Awesome graphics though! It appears to be an off brand of a popular product for cleansing the home of evil spirits, etc. The following link is to purportedly the main retailer of this product and they discuss knock off brands which would account for the mis-spelling of "Chinise" vs "Chinese".  http://www.luckymojo.com/chinesewash.html

THANK YOU so much! I'm so glad I posted this here before I listed. Was almost ready to auction it. I would have gotten nothing 😞

So even though this is a modern bottle, it still seems to be very scarce. Not of much interest to bottle collectors, but to collectors of occult/spiritual/weird items, this could be a very special thing.  A much more limited audience though. Fixed price it is.
