I have this vintage blue porcelain statue/ plant holder. It's dated 1967 or 87

has a number and a/c after it 

the first 2 letters of maker is Sa 

the rest is cannot be read.

I cannot read the mark either.  however, it is pottery, not porcelain

looks like something "import company" ,  if that is what it is who will not be important to know.
