Wood? Plastic? Stone? Bone?

Necklace from estate sale- VERY large & chunky!

Looks like wood grain, when I clink it together,it sounds like dominoes, heavier than typical plastic, but painted pink over what looks like a cream base...

Opinions on the material?

I've read so much on different materials that it's all running together.

Hi, its bone, the porus areas close up give it away. Usually they are tea stained so not sure what was used on your necklace.
