Help with identifying and describing this brooch

Good evening everyone,  I found this brooch this weekend and have really never had one with the dangling rhinestones.  Do these have an actual name or description like tassels or would they just be called dangling rhinestones.  I have no idea who the maker is,, any ideas? Thanks!

I would say dangle would be good.  You could also say fringe.   I would just do search results on both dangle and fringe and see what comes up more.  Pretty  by the way.

Thank you, I did look up dangle and found some described that way. I wasn't sure if I was missing a technical name or not. I'll try looking up fringe, thats a good one. I didn't think of that, see what that brings up.

It actually is called rhinestone fringe!  You cn use tassel and two wonderful strands blah blah blah
