While sellers will have the option to offer a replacement as part of their return policy during this time, buyers will not be able to request a replacement through the structured return process.
If you are a seller who offers replacements in your listings, please use Messages in My eBay to communicate with any buyers who may request a replacement item during this time.
Once the improved replacement process is available, we will notify sellers through this Announcement Board. Be sure to check this space in October for further updates.
