She looks like an early Felicity (pre-Mattel). The older Felicity has a more toned down shade of red hair. I can't tell if yours has a haircut or not. Very nice doll.

This is Felicity - can you post a picture of her showing the head from a bit farther away?  I assume she has no clothes? It could also be a JLY (Just Like You) doll with green eyes.

Notice Felicity shows teeth - your does not - so I believe she is a Just Like you but really need to see a pic showing full head, front and back.

All American Girls except Kaya show teeth.

The older PC dolls have muted lip paint so their teeth sometimes don't show up as well as newer dolls.
