Re: Is it possible to contact ebay support via email rather than telephone?

in reply to josegozaine

I'm not ebay, so I can not say if it will be okay or not.

Can only provide you with the infomation shown on usps site.

I do not know of which freight fowarder you are using. There are many freight fowarding companies in Miami.

Make sure you check the sellers feedback and do a search on the net for the company.

This is from the usps site, so not sure why it changes, as they are both correct it seems.   @josegozaine          The preferred city in 33166-2821 is...

MIAMI FL

Other acceptable cities for 33166-2821 are

DORAL FL

MEDLEY FL

MIAMI SPRINGS FL

VIRGINIA GARDENS FL

VIRGINIA GDNS FL

To minimize delivery delays, use the preferred or acceptable city names for this ZIP Code™ rather than the following...

MILAM DAIRY FL

Re: Is it possible to contact ebay support via email rather than telephone?

in reply to atrionix

I go to buy on eBay but when I put the address on to end in 2721, eBay the fix to 2821

No problem with that?

example

It must be so

MIAMI FL 33166-2721

United States

And corrects me and says that the former is not valid

And places

MIAMI FL 33166-2821

United States

And it has this line:

Depending on your specific issue or question, not all of the contact options may be available.

Which means the email option will never show up.

I was told I needed to use another credit card because it wasn't working. I tried it 4 times each time same thing with American Express ending in 3878. Come to find out thru bank that I had 4 debits on my card 4 five dollars each. That was theft. I was told my money would be back on my card this morning. No money. It was taken from me. I need my money. I got my bank involved in this matter. Honor your policy about returning my money.

Haven't been selling on E-bay for a while. Recently I sold an item, boy was I surprised with the final fees. Yes, they gave you a brake on insersion fees, big 30 cents discount, but take 10% of your final price and what did me is 10% of shipping. This is it for me, NO MORE SELLING ON EBAY. They got to be kidding, even taking their cut on shipping ?????? NO MORE for me.

You might consider trying the eBay fee calculator tool* next time before listing an item for sale (and don't forget to add on the separate PayPal fees).

*search around on the site for it, as I don't know how to link to it, sorry about that

This has happened to others as well ~ the advice given was to change the password on your router.  It happens most often to people using Verison DSL, but has affected others as well ~ google APR poisoning and see if that helps.

That is the PayPal fee. 2.8% plus 30 cents.

I just made my first sale and i notice that the price that is being withheld in my paypal account is lower than the one my ebay account shows me. I'm assuming this is because ebay already deducted the final value fees? somebody told me i'd get an invoice or something at the end of the month and i could pay the final value fees then. i don't want to be charged again seeing how they already took out such a huge chunk and ebay isnt really being helpful at confirming anything.

Re: Is it possible to contact ebay support via email rather than telephone?

The final value fee (FVF) is placed on your ebay account the minute it sells. (Like a credit card)

You are giving a bill for the sum and pay monthly. You also have the option to pay anytime.

Paypal takes the .30 and 2.9 percent transaction automatically.

Someone will be along shortly if thats not correct.

Congrats on your first sale.
