I have been a member for 18 yrs, and this is ridiculous.I am trying to
contact Ebay and in chat shows the only way is a phone call. Then the
phone call never comes, instead they send a message saying they tried to
call but they were unable to contact...
I am sorry I couldn't find anything current about this.I am aware of the
recent changes done for returns allowing more time, etc... but I am
confused, because I have started a return for a NAD, and got the usual
message that a return request was star...
Thanks Ebay... you really care about sellers (rolling eyes).I have a
basic store, I sell handbags with a 100% positive feedback, I was happy
with my couple sales a week and now thanks to all the IMPROVEMENTS done
by Ebay, I am ready to lose my status...
I just had two buyers contacting me, both messages received in Ebay
messaging and my private email, both asking if I had received their
messages asking me, one to cancel a purchase done by accident and the
other asking to return a new with tags purse...
So we are here with the slogans and the hashtags, to help each other, to
look out for others, we praise those companies working extra hours or
changing their products, whatever it is from toilet paper and hand
sanitizers, to the masks and gowns and r...
Etsy sent an email to everyone saying to make and sell the masks if they
can... so nice, right? Their selling fees won't be waved of course,
so.... let's "help" each other, really?
It would be helpful if Ebay in their nice announcement would indicate
that NOT all categories are included.After I signed up and wasted my
time, saw that what I sell (purses) is not included under Fashion, so
cancelled the whole thing.
Now it has been even longer and my reply is.....After being an Ebay
member since 2003, I will close my store and move elsewhere. You Ebay
can stick the GTC, free shipping, free returns, dings, etc.... where the
sun doesn't shine!
